Madresfield Club has a function room which is available for hire for birthday parties, anniversarys, weddings etc.  Please be advised however that we do not accept any birthday parties under the age of 25.

The cost for hire is £40.00 for the room, plus £5.00 for club membership. 

The room is available between the hours of 8 to 11 monday to saturday and 12:30pm to 6pm on a sunday.  If access is required outside these hours ie for bringing in food etc, this can be arranged at a charge of £10.00 per hour.

A damage deposit of £50.00 cash is also required which will be released on the checking of the room after the event.
